This Carménère has a prominent scent with traces of ripe fruit, sweet beets, wet earth and spices with hints of spicy, vegetable aroma emphasizing its fruity character with good body and structure.

Recommended to serve with lamb (no sauce), pork, stewed vegetables and creamy cheeses. Serve at 15° C – 16° C.
