Ruby red wine, intense, sharp, clean, bright. Aroma of good complexity, highlighting the harmony achieved by the fruit of the Cabernet Sauvignon and Carmenere, strawberry, vanilla, chocolate and red fruits with traits of tobacco and smoke. The character of the toasted oak and the cassis appear in mouth, tannic, fine woods characteristic of spices, vanilla and coffee; it’s firm and with a pleasant lasting.
Appropriate for roasted meat, game meats, strong meat and cured cheeses. Serve between 16° C and 18° C.
